Lascaux Gouache primary colours — yellow, magenta and cyan for mixing

Three pure, highly concentrated Lascaux colours with adapted opacity, designed for colour mixing in painting education and in art and design. They are highly opaque, intense and luminous, and their adapted opacity is the basis for clean mixed hues.

Thick and smooth in consistency, they are diluted with water before use and keep their intensity and brilliance even when highly diluted. They dry to a uniform satin finish, remain water-soluble and can be partially redissolved after drying. They can be painted over without dissolving the layers underneath and adhere to almost any absorbent surface. They are lightfast, age-resistant and non-yellowing. Indoor use only.
