2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions regulate the online sale of professional conservation and restoration materials through innovart.art.

3. Purchase process

  1. Select the products and add them to the cart.
  2. Review the order and proceed to checkout.
  3. Provide your shipping details and choose the payment method.
  4. Confirm the order: you will receive an instant confirmation email.

The sales contract is concluded when Innovart confirms the order by email.

4. Prices and payments

  • All prices include the applicable VAT according to current Spanish regulations.
  • Shipping costs are itemized before order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • Innovart does not store credit card data. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
  • International shipping available upon prior consultation.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days for mainland Spain.

6. Warranties

Products are sold with the legal guarantees established by Spanish and European regulations. In case of a defective product, please consult our Returns Policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
