Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of professional conservation and restoration materials through innovart.art, both to consumers and to professionals, businesses and institutions. Rights that the law reserves to consumers are identified as such.

3. Purchase process

  1. Select the products and add them to your cart.
  2. Review your order and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
  4. Confirm the order: you will receive a confirmation email straight away.

The sales contract is concluded when Innovart confirms the order by email.

4. Prices and payments

  • Prices are in euros and include VAT for deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside the European Union, taxes and customs charges at destination are paid by the recipient, as explained in our Shipping policy.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order.
  • Payment is made when you confirm the order, by credit or debit card or with the other methods shown at checkout. Innovart does not store card details: payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

5. Shipping and delivery times

  • We ship throughout Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), to the European Union and to the other destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will send you a quote.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Pre-order products usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, and the order ships complete unless we agree otherwise.
  • You can cancel a pre-order free of charge until we ship it, as explained in our Pre-order cancellation policy.

6. Withdrawal and guarantees

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw without giving any reason, except in the cases set out in Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). How to do it is explained in our Returns and refunds policy; you can use the withdrawal form.

Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Articles 114 et seq. TRLGDCU). If a product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, see our Returns and refunds policy.

If you buy as a business, professional or institution, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as it is a consumer right: returns are agreed case by case, and whatever we have agreed with you in writing applies.

7. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and the official complaint forms of the Generalitat de Catalunya are available to you on request at info@innovart.art. For purchases by businesses, professionals and institutions, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
