Shipping Policy

At Innovart we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 pm (mainland Spain time) are processed the same working day. Orders received after 2:00 pm, at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Spain

Express delivery in 1–5 working days. Orders up to €98.99: €5.99. Orders from €99 to €198.99: €3.50. Orders of €199 or more: free shipping. Carriers: SEUR, Correos or equivalent depending on availability and destination.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla fall outside the Spanish VAT territory, so these shipments are handled as exports and require customs clearance. Shipping rates are the same as for the rest of Spain, but we will contact you before the order is dispatched to collect the details customs requires —the recipient's tax number, a contact phone number and the clearance authorisation— and to confirm the actual delivery time. Destination taxes (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla) and customs handling fees are payable by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

European Union and other destinations

We ship to European Union countries, to the United States and Canada, and to a list of international destinations. The rate is calculated by the carrier during checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions: you will see the exact amount before paying, along with the delivery time quoted by the carrier. If your country is not shown as an available destination, write to us at info@innovart.art with your country and the products and we will prepare a quote.

Shipments outside the European Union

Prices shown in the store do not include import duties, local taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These costs are entirely the buyer's responsibility. If the parcel is rejected at customs, return costs and any resulting charges will be borne by the buyer.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us at info@innovart.art within 48 hours of delivery. Innovart will handle the claim and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
