Cancellation policy

Pre-order cancellation

Some products on innovart.art are sold as pre-orders: we don't have them in stock and we order them from our supplier when you place your order.

Payment

You pay the full price when you place your order, in a single payment. We won't charge you anything else, and there are no recurring payments.

Delivery

A pre-order usually reaches you in 1 to 2 weeks. If your order also includes items in stock, we ship everything together once it is complete, unless we agree otherwise with you. If a pre-order is going to be delayed, we tell you as soon as we know and you choose whether to wait or to cancel it at no cost.

Cancelling before shipment

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before we ship it. Email us at info@innovart.art with your order number and we will refund the price of that item — and the shipping cost, if nothing else is left to send you — to the same payment method, within 14 calendar days of your request.

If we can't get it

If our supplier can't supply it, we tell you without delay and you choose between an equivalent product and a refund of its price, on the same terms as a cancellation.

After you receive it

From the day you receive it, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, as with any purchase, under our Refund policy. The right of withdrawal is a consumer right; if you buy as a business or institution, our Terms and Conditions and anything we have agreed with you in writing apply.
