Returns and Refunds Policy
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
Conditions for returns
- Original condition: unused, unopened and with the original packaging intact
- Original labels, seals and documentation included
- Proof of purchase or order number provided
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
Under article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the following cannot be returned:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Write to info@innovart.art with the subject Return — [order number]. You will receive confirmation and instructions within a maximum of 2 working days.
Return shipping costs:
- Innovart's error (incorrect, defective or damaged product): Innovart covers the collection costs.
- Buyer's withdrawal: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, if the refund is approved it will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact us at info@innovart.art within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt. We will proceed with immediate replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
