Return and Refund Policy
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing justification, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, products must meet the following requirements:
- Original condition: unused, unopened, and with original packaging intact
- Original tags, seals, and documentation included
- Proof of purchase or order number presented
Products Excluded from Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the following cannot be returned:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery
- Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Customized products or those manufactured to buyer's specifications
- Sale or clearance items clearly indicated as non-returnable
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Write to info@innovart.art with the subject line Return — [order number]. You will receive confirmation and instructions within a maximum of 2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Innovart error (incorrect, defective, or damaged product): Innovart covers the collection costs.
- Buyer's withdrawal: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, if the refund is approved, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us at info@innovart.art within 48 hours of receipt. We will proceed with immediate replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
