Lascaux Artist — pastose artists' acrylic of the highest quality
Lascaux Artist is a pastose artists' acrylic colour with a smooth, thick consistency very similar to classic oil paints. It comes in 54 carefully balanced hues, ranging from opaque to transparent depending on the pigment. According to the manufacturer, it has maximum pigmentation, excellent lightfastness, is weather-resistant and age-resistant, and does not yellow; it dries to an even, semi-matt finish with minimal shrinkage, and the dry film remains flexible and does not crack even when layers are thick.
Suitable for art, design and decoration, including outdoor application.
Hues 112, 113, 121, 122, 124, 125, 127, 128, 129, 155, 156, 157 and 158 contain cadmium pigments; according to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the use of cadmium pigments is limited to artists' colours.
