Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour: Metal Travel Box with 24 Half Pans of Extra-Fine Watercolour
Metal travel box with 24 half pans of extra-fine watercolour from the Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour range. The box has a mixing palette in the lid, a folding flap for mixing and preparing washes, a thumb ring on the base and a central recess for a brush.
What is it used for?
- Watercolour painting with extra-fine quality colours.
- Fine washes, which let the white of the paper show through the colour: transparency is a characteristic of the Professional Watercolour range.
- Clean mixes: the Professional Watercolour range works with a high pigment concentration and a large share of its colours is formulated with a single pigment.
- Mixing and preparing washes in the box itself, on the palette in the lid and on the folding flap.
- Painting with the box in your hand, held by the thumb ring.
Why choose the Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour box of 24 half pans?
- Extra-fine watercolour from the Professional Watercolour range, Winsor & Newton's professional range.
- Pigments identified by their Colour Index code, the international index of colorants, as shown on the set's colour chart (see table).
- Metal box with palette in the lid, folding mixing flap and thumb ring.
