Lascaux Transparent Varnish 1, 2 and 3 — gloss, matt and semi-gloss acrylic varnishes

Three transparent, water-dilutable acrylic varnishes by Lascaux. They dry to a colourless, highly transparent film that is elastic yet hard, water-resistant, weather- and age-resistant, lightfast and non-yellowing. They have a very high binder content and very good adhesion, abrasion resistance and hardness. They are used as a final varnish for acrylic colours and, added to the colours, increase their adhesion and resistance.

• Varnish 1 gloss: glossy, crystal-clear and scratch-resistant film; also works as a colourless sizing or adhesive primer for various materials.
• Varnish 2 matt: matt, clear and fairly scratch-resistant film.
• Varnish 3 semi-gloss: semi-glossy, clear and scratch-resistant film.

Dilute with water in a 4:1 ratio and apply at least 2 thin coats. Not suitable for water-soluble substrates.
