Cobalt Siccative MIR — Drying Accelerator for Oil Paint

Made by combining the qualities of Cobalt (surface drying) and Zirconium (drying throughout the paint layer). With a purplish color and very intense drying acceleration, a minimal dose is enough to significantly reduce oil drying time.

Why choose this dryer?

• Dual action: dries on the surface and in depth.
• Very powerful: a few drops are enough.
• Its hue does not affect light colors at the recommended dose.

Uses and applications

To accelerate the drying of oil paint. Mix evenly with the color in very small doses: 2 to 4 drops per 20 ml tube. A safe way to dose is to mix it beforehand with bleached linseed oil.

⚠️ Safety

Contains cobalt and zirconium salts: harmful product. Use in minimal doses (2–4 drops per 20 ml); excess causes cracking and darkening. Handle with gloves, in a ventilated area, and keep out of reach of children.
