Liquitex Soft Body Titanium White 3.78 L — fluid, opaque, single-pigment acrylic

Titanium White 432 from Liquitex’s Professional Soft Body range, in a 3.78 L bottle. It is a water-based artists’ acrylic paint; the range is characterised by its low viscosity, its satin finish and a high pigment concentration. Liquitex launched the range in 1955.

What is it used for?

  • Pouring (pour painting) and screen printing.
  • Textile painting, watercolour techniques, collage and mixed media.

Why choose Liquitex Soft Body Titanium White?

  • Single pigment: titanium white, PW6 (Colour Index designation of the titanium white pigment, titanium dioxide). Opaque.
  • Lightfastness ASTM I (excellent). ASTM is the American Society for Testing and Materials, the US standards body whose lightfastness scale the brand uses.
  • Permanence declared for the Soft Body range: at least 50 years under gallery conditions.
  • A range that is both fluid and highly pigmented: low viscosity, high pigment concentration and satin finish.
  • Recommended supports: stretched canvas, photographic paper, plaster and brick, clay and ceramic, paper and cardboard, wood, fabric and glass.
