Lascaux 375 BEVA Film is a high-quality hot-melt adhesive formulated from a blend of copolymer resins and paraffin, specifically developed for the demands of art conservation and restoration on canvas.

Main Applications

• Relining of canvas paintings, with or without an interleaf fabric
• Mounting paper or textiles onto rigid or flexible supports
• Strip-lining (perimeter reinforcement of canvases)
• Facings for the protection of paint layers during interventions
• Consolidation of paint layers at risk of flaking
• Temporary and permanent adhesions depending on applied temperature and pressure
• Preparation of thin adhesive layers on delicate supports

Instructions for Use
