Lascaux 375 Hot-Melt Adhesive Film — 69 cm × 6 m Roll
Lascaux 375 BEVA Film is a high-quality hot-melt adhesive formulated from a blend of copolymer resins and paraffin, specifically developed for the demands of art conservation and restoration on canvas.
Main Applications
- Relining of canvas paintings, with or without an interleaf fabric
- Mounting paper or textiles onto rigid or flexible supports
- Strip-lining (perimeter reinforcement of canvases)
- Facings for the protection of paint layers during interventions
- Consolidation of paint layers at risk of flaking
- Temporary and permanent adhesions depending on applied temperature and pressure
- Preparation of thin adhesive layers on delicate supports
Technical Specifications
- Base: acrylic copolymers and paraffin (BEVA 371 formulation in film)

Instructions for Use
Apply the film between the original and the reinforcing fabric. Activate with low heat (60–70 °C) and controlled pressure. For temporary adhesions, reduce temperature and contact time. Consult the Lascaux technical data sheet for exact parameters depending on the support.
