BEVA 371 Akron — The world-renowned heat-seal adhesive

Thermosetting adhesive formulated with ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers, the most widely used and recognized for lining and paint layer consolidation. This Akron version activates at 55°C, compared to ~65-71°C for standard BEVA 371.

With a brush or roller, let it dry to form a film, then activate with heat (thermal iron or hot spatula, around 55-65°C).
Is it the same as BEVA 371 Film?
No. This is the liquid version; BEVA 371 Film is the adhesive already formed into a pre-made sheet, for a different type of application.
How is it removed if necessary?
With solvents such as White Spirit or Shellsol (aliphatic hydrocarbons), as indicated in the safety data sheet.
Is it suitable for modern acrylic paint?
