How public bodies buy from Innovart
We work with minor contracts (Spanish public procurement). We send you a formal quote and the documents your procedure requires (responsible declaration, bank details for supplier registration), and we invoice with your file number. If you need several quotes, ours arrives in the format you ask for.
- Send us your list: in Excel, PDF or straight from the tender specifications. If we don't stock an item, we tell you in the quote, with an alternative if there is one.
- Formal quote in the institution's name: exact reference, manufacturer, format, unit price, VAT shown separately, shipping, delivery time and validity. With your file number, if you already have it.
- Written order or purchase order.
- Shipping across Spain with delivery note and tracking number. What is in our warehouse ships the same day; what we order from the manufacturer has its own lead time, and that lead time is written in the quote.
- Invoice and payment: a complete invoice with all tax details, your file number and any reference you give us. Payment by bank transfer against invoice, within your administration's legal payment period.
Documentation for your file
Materials from manufacturers specialised in conservation, with their technical data sheet and safety data sheet. Every chemical product ships with its safety data sheet; the technical data sheet, whenever you ask. If your specifications require a specific test or certificate, we tell you which products have it before quoting.
And a single point of contact for the whole order: the person who prepares the quote also answers your technical questions.
Materials lists by course
If you teach or run a teaching lab, send us the course list and we'll set it up on the website so students can buy it in one go. Two examples already in use: Introduction to the Conservation of Paintings and Cleaning treatments.

We are a specialist shop, not a warehouse: we don't stock every product on the market. If we don't carry what you need, we tell you in the quote rather than keeping you waiting.

Do you quote for Spanish minor public contracts?
Yes. A formal quote in the institution's name, with exact reference, manufacturer, format, VAT shown separately, shipping, lead time and validity, plus the documents your procedure requires.
How is payment made?
By bank transfer against invoice, within your administration's legal payment period.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Within Spain, shipping is free from €199; below that, €3.50 or €5.99 depending on the amount.
Do you ship across Spain?
Yes, by express delivery in 1 to 5 working days for items in stock; pre-order items usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla ship as exports, with customs clearance: before shipping we contact you to complete the details customs requires.
Can we see the safety data sheet before buying?
Yes: we send you the manufacturer's sheet with the quote. And every chemical product also ships with it.
